Very nice work here EddieMD and been too long since seeing Desiree around or rather any character from the Danny Phantom series that wasn't only just Maddie, lol.
Still very smooth and sleek attempt on Desiree here and damn you did pretty good it seems capturing her sexy and rather chesty kind of attitude that many artists take note of when they've drawn her, yowza!
Must admit a nice change-up what your style offers her Western look giving her alot more curves than on the show but even more than that some excellent anatomy to really help to show her off, well done. The pose feels very fluent in that matter, like she is just coming out of her so called genie bottle and revealing unto you a true thing of beauty, nuff said.
Nicely done tailoring to her design work from her mysterious and hidden one eye to even a bit of extra sass to her with the her left arm is held up over her shoulder, yowza! That too nice to see you went to even include her jewellery she wears atop her head and even the beads that make up her necklace.
Lastly, superb job as well on the lines themselves. You do well not to have anything but perfection even when tackling the longer and rounded curves of the lines that make up her flowing and sizable hair to even the tones that make up her defining and attractive figure.
